My process involves more front-end work than most writers because I like to build a rock-solid foundation before starting to write. I do a deep discovery that includes reading the background you send me and researching on my own, interviewing at least one SME at least once, writing rough-draft headers to develop the structure, and, for larger projects, asking you to sign off on my outline.

My clients appreciate this process because it’s easy to follow, makes reviewing a snap, and they get what they envisioned or something even better.
